I sat up straight in bed and pushed the overgrown brunette bangs from my eyes. I had seen correctly. Monjay was standing in my bedroom doorway with two fountain drinks and one large, greasy brown papaer bag.
He flashed me a charming grin and shook his blonde locks in an attempt to look relaxed. I giggled and slid over in my sheets to make room for him.

Note from the author: This was just a little something I wrote for an extra credit American Literature vocabulary assignment, hence the strange but legitimate words.
