Day 1

I sat up straight in bed and pushed the overgrown brunette bangs from my eyes. I had seen correctly. Monjay was standing in my bedroom doorway with two fountain drinks and one large, greasy brown papaer bag.

He flashed me a charming grin and shook his blonde locks in an attempt to look relaxed. I giggled and slid over in my sheets to make room for him.

"Hey, beautiful." Monjay slipped his arms around my naked back and kissed both of my cheeks softly before taking a seat next to me. He handed me one of the fountain drinks.

I yawned, "What is this?"

"Hot chocolate from Belagio's. He took a sip of his own drink and smiled again, this time with arrogance. He knew Belagio's hot chocolate and coffee were my absolute favorite.

"And in the brown paper bag?"

"Two cheeseburgers."

I pretended to gag. "For breakfast? No thanks."

Monjay frowned and played with his bendy straw. "Well then get dressed. We're meeting Muhammad and Katie at Phoebe's Pier in twenty for a jog. Gotta work off that hamburger," he giggled.

Now I was really upset. "NO. Stop volunteering me for things I do not want to do. I knew there was some sneaky reason for your showing up."

He sighed and scratched his head, searching the floor for answers with his gray-blue eyes. "Alright then. I'll text Katie."

"No, I'll do it," I insisted, grabbing my purple rubber-clad iPhone from it's charger on my bedside table. I'd been having some suspicions about Monjay and Katie lately. He was always making plans with her or vice wersa. Either way, it really bothered me.

MINDY TEAL: we cant meet up with u guys anymore. monjays taking me for breakfast

KATIE LOWE: ??

MINDY TEAL: idk hes just treating his gf i guess :)

KATIE LOWE: Oh where to?

MINDY TEAL: belagios

KATIE LOWE: I'll meet u guys there

MINDY TEAL: noooooooo dontttttttt

KATIE LOWE: Don't be shy. I have a suprise for you :) See ya in a few
