Dying Without Your Love

Chapter One

The hard shattered glass particles laid lonely on the floor. She glanced up from her bleeding palm and into his deep green eyes. She was loosing her mind. This was the third time she had broken the mirror, but Tyler just picked up the pieces, as well as her up off the floor. He was always saving her from herself. She was constantly putting her self in mental and physical danger.

“Kara, stand up now,” he said while helping her up. He wrapped her hand up, and wiped her blood from the shag carpet. He then kissed her on her forehead and looked deeply into her eyes.

She felt like a child. The way he loved her was like that of a mother caring for her young, struggling to keep them both alive. She hated it. She wanted to be her own person, for him not to worry so much. However, she knew that could never happen. She wasn’t in control of the things she did or the thoughts she had.

She felt like she was a different person trapped in the walls of her very mind. She was constantly struggling to get out but nothing she did could free her. She would be lost forever.

She sighed as he held her close.. The sweet smell of him tickled her senses. He laid her on the bed, and curled up next to her. She placed her head on his chest, and he began to run his fingers threw her hair.

Warm tears filled her ducts. The love he had for her jarred her heart. Why did he care so much? She realized in that silent moment she loved him too. Everything about him put her body on edge. He was the only thing keeping her from taking her own life.

Chapter Two

Slowly morning came. She woke to feel his hard warm body beside hers. For a couple of eleven months this had become habit. A smile filled her lips, and she slowly rolled off the bed. She looked down at him, as he nuzzled the pillow she was previously laying on. His eyes slowly opened, and a smile broke his lips.
