Welcome to My Life

My name's Katherine DeMarcus, but my family and friends call me Kathy or Katie. I was born into a wealth. You're typical, All-American family. Hahaha. I've got one good-looking, but intelligent older brother, two loving parents, and a small black Labrador.

My brother's name is Richard, but we all call him Dick. Pretty cool, huh? Hahaha. He likes it. Dick's got dark brown hair and blue eyes, a chiseled facial structure, and a body to match. He looks a lot like Ashton Kutcher, but I think only me, his girlfriend, my best friend, Liz, and a few other girls at our school think that. He used to model for Abercrombie Kids when he was a kid, thanks to my Aunt Beth who is a retired A&F Kids saleswoman. On top of that-nothing but A's all his life-so far. As I said, he has a girlfriend. Her name's Kathy too. Gross. I'm convinced she's just about the sluttiest girl I've ever come to know, but she's good to my brother and makes him smile, so I stay out of their way most of the time.

Daddy's name is Martin and I love him with all my heart. My brother gets his brains and good looks from him. Daddy's a judge and a very powerful man. He gets to stay home twice a week, but that doesn't stop him from heading off every morning at seven forty-five for a run, Starbucks, and then the office in his shiny Red BMW convertible we bought him last year for his birthday. He's industrious and takes everything work-related very seriously. He's just (Suprise, suprise!), kind, really leniant, and especially easy to talk to. Every night at dinner we find ourselves engrossed in each other's drama. Weird, I know. But I look forward to our little meetings. I can tell him just about anything and I love that.

I don't like talking about my mom, Mary Claire. She's got time upon time on her hands to interfere with my life. I know she does it because she loves me, but it can become a bit much. We fight a lot. Mary Claire's a beautiful woman with olive skin and sandy blond hair that turns a darker shade of gray each and every time we have a conversation. Her eyes are a hazel green and she's an interior designer and part-time caterer. She works from home. You're regular ole Superwoman, eh?

My lab, Lory, is actually my brother's, but I take better care of her. I tell Lory everything, and she's a great listener. Every night I take her for walks and give myself to her, spilling my guts in a barely audible whine. I bring Lory to my lacrosse games in the Spring (She's the ultimate good luck charm!) and I love her so so so much. SHE'S my best friend. Forget that bitch Liz...but we'll get to that later.

Now about me. You may think I'm a a stupid, preppy, spoiled brat... The stereotype rich girl... Well, I won't deny it. You're right. But there's a lot more to me. I'm actually really smart. Not as smart as Dick, but I'll live. I get A's and B's, and have a great boyfriend, Cory, but I'll also get to him later. I'm pretty emotional and have A LOT of drama. I always thought I should have some sort of show or book about my life, and with everyday a new chapter, but until my daddy can buy me that-JOKE-I'll be confiding here. (: This pretty, clean, quaint website where nobody knows me and I know nobody.

So refreshing.

Oh, but feel free to get to know me. I'm a good person. Shy at first, unless I'm under the influence, but I'd love a real friend who's willing to give me a chance.

Ahhh, I almost forgot to tell you how I look. My physique: Really pretty. So what? I'm not afraid to admit it. It's true. Um. I'm kinda tall-ish, skinny, and pretty curvy-but in all the right places. (: I don't wear A LOT of designer (But I have my days.), mostly A&F (That's Abercrombie and Fitch if you don't know.), Roxy, and Vans. I've got curly brown hair and green eyes.
